Natalie is passionate about creating a safe, affirming space where clients can build coping skills, process trauma, and move toward healing. She has extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as survivors of domestic violence and individuals in recovery.
Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, incorporating CBT, ACT, EMDR-informed techniques, and somatic and nervous system-based interventions. Natalie practices through a feminist lens, emphasizing empowerment, autonomy, and whole-person healing.
