Schedule Your Evaluation
We'll find a time that works for you — in-person at our Bedford, NH office or via telehealth. New patient evaluations are typically available within 1–2 weeks.
Step 03
Attend Your First Appointment
Your initial evaluation is a collaborative conversation — not a test. We'll review your history, discuss your concerns, and begin building a personalized care plan together.
Step 04
Receive Your Care Plan
After your evaluation, we'll outline a treatment approach tailored to you. This may include medication management, therapy, or specialized services like Ketamine or Spravato.

Care from anywhere in New Hampshire
We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video appointments for patients throughout New Hampshire. Whether you're in Manchester, Concord, Nashua, or a rural community, you can access quality psychiatric care from the comfort of your home.
