Heal in Community

Group Therapy

There is something uniquely healing about being truly understood by others who share your experience. Our clinician-led groups offer a safe, structured space to connect, grow, and find your way forward — together.

Why Group Therapy

The power of shared healing

Research consistently shows that group therapy is as effective as individual therapy for many conditions — and for some, even more so. The group setting offers something individual therapy cannot: the lived experience of others who truly get it.

You are not alone

Hearing others share similar struggles can be profoundly validating — and a powerful reminder that you are not facing this alone.

Real-world connection

Group therapy builds interpersonal skills in a real, supported setting — helping you practice communication, boundaries, and vulnerability.

Mutual support

Giving and receiving support within a group builds confidence, empathy, and a sense of purpose that individual therapy alone cannot replicate.

Safe, confidential space

All group members agree to strict confidentiality. Our clinicians create a structured, respectful environment where every voice is honored.

Evidence-based approaches

Our groups draw on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed frameworks — tailored to the focus and needs of each group.

Structured & consistent

Groups meet on a regular schedule, providing the rhythm and accountability that supports lasting change.

What to Expect

Your first group session

Before joining a group, you'll have a brief intake consultation with one of our clinicians. This helps us understand your goals and match you with the right group — and gives you a chance to ask any questions before your first session.

Your first session may feel unfamiliar — that's completely normal. Most members find that after a few sessions, the group begins to feel like a genuine source of support and connection.

All groups are facilitated by a licensed clinician and follow a consistent structure. Confidentiality is a foundational group agreement — what is shared in the group stays in the group.
