Billing Policies

Card on File Required
All accounts require an active credit card, debit card, HSA card, or CareCredit card on file to continue routine services.
Automatic Payment Processing
All accounts are enrolled in autopay. Balances are automatically withdrawn after insurance claims are processed and your responsibility is determined.
Deductible Pre-Payment
Patients who have not yet met their deductible may be required to pre-pay for services at the time of their appointment.
Insurance Verification
It is ultimately the patient's responsibility to verify with their specific insurance payor that their Northern Lights Psychiatry provider is in-network under their plan prior to receiving services.
